Description
"Embrace the Future" spirit of the academy in the officer corps doesn't work as advertised.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Start game with any country, ironman mode off.

2. type in the console:
xp
cp

3. Open the Officer Corps Tab

3. Pick the first doctrine of Mobile Warfare

4. Pick Spirit of The Academy: "Embrace the Future"
(Description says "New Officers: 50% chance to begin with "Panzer Officer" trait")

5. Open Generals Tab and click New Commander (at the bottom) a few times

6. See that you usually get "Panzer Leader" and not "Panzer Officer" for new commanders.

Yep in 07_nsb_on_actions file is:
line 1129
add_unit_leader_trait = panzer_leader
But should be:
add_unit_leader_trait = armor_officer

There is no Panzer Officer.
