Ok soo with the new officer corps William Halsey isnt connected to his pre NSB variant in the american cheif of navy options. You can have Halsey work on 2 positions (cheif of navy and military high command) or have 2 diffefent halseys as candidates. Taking off Player-led peace confrences did obviously not help.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the game > 1936 start date > select USA > give yourself some cp or wait > make the Admiral William Halsey Jr. a Cheif of navy using the new system > boom 2 Halseys
