Diplomatic Relation Command Causing Crash Issues

Description
So prior to the BBA patch (issue still persists after bugfix patches) the following has become an issue
diplomatic_relation = { country = BRM relation = war_relation active = yes }
this for example works properly, this starts a war between the tags while not displaying the prompt for war starting (I use this to bypass pop ups for wars starting/ending for smaller timed conflicts)
the issue is:
diplomatic_relation = { country = BRM relation = war_relation active = no }
Now causes a crash either immediately or shortly thereafter this command, the command does seem to work to still stop the war if memory serves, error messaging does not note this issue well either.
