Description
While preparing for the Soviet Civil-War, if you get an Event where Generals gain "Cowed by Stalin", those Generals keep this modifier even if they side with you during the Civil-War. This is especially apparent when going with the Left opposition, as you keep many former soviet generals. Now maybe this is intended, however I wonder how impressive this Soviet Leader has to be that you are still “Cowed by Stalin” whilst fighting against him.
To be serious, I thought the “Cowed by Stalin” should represent the systematic pressure put on officers during the purge, disencouraging initiative and preventing them from higher aims. As such I think this modifier should be removed from all officers that side with you to fight exactly this system during the civil war.
I think this does not only apply for generals but also for admirals, However I didn't check this.
Steps to Reproduce
I went straight down the "Left Opposition" focus, killing the right and reaching out to Tuchatschewski. Stalin did the first trial and I chose neither Semionov or Tuchatschewski. Shortly thereafter Stalin's Paranoia went up too high and triggered a Civil war. Tuchatschewski, who has sided with me and who was previously “Cowed by Stalin '' was still “Cowed by Stalin'', as well as several other generals.
