Compiled Turkey/Ottomans/Turan bugs and inconsistencies in latest patch (small airframe should be unlocked?) [1.12.3] & [6b16]

Description
Current Turkey bugs/problems and inconsistencies I compiled:

1. Investments (fixed now but I think should be reworked, it works weirdly when ai country accepts it but later doesn't click at decision page)
2. Turkish railway network should be little bit more polished (including one historical focus to be updated)
-Historical focus, "Turkish State Railways" should directly complete construction of railways connecting Malatya, Sivas and Erzurum as those were being built in 36 and completed in a year. (seen in 1937 railways map)

3. Ottomans
A. Cores are now fixed but missing Crimea and Eritrea. And there are some inconsistencies with tooltips

Main probs:
a. "Zara" state is cored with "Bosnia" decision but not included in tooltip
b. Ottomans can't core new states of western Yugoslavia (maybe design idk)
c. "Lasha" decision should be renamed to "Lahsa"
d. "Halep" decision says it cores all French states but it doesn't core Lebanon, it possibly should?
e. "Egypt" decision cannot core Cairo state (maybe design idk)
f. "Jeddah, Habesh and Yemen" -> This doesn't core Habeş region which is Eritrea, so it possibly should, Habeş historically included some parts of Africa
Further suggestions:
g. Ottomans should be able to core Crimea through new decision
h. Ottomans should get claims over Eritrea and Djibouti through "Jeddah, Habesh and Yemen" decision

B. 2 generals (Kazım Karabekir and Mustafa Muğlalı) are missing in commander list when you go Ottomans still
C. Ottomans should also have Wehib Paşa in high command list as he is added in by blood alone

4. Secularism decision doesn't effect Loyalty or Power of "Kemalist Officers" modifier (I think it should), so you may stuck with low Kemalist loyalty when you go conservative
5. Kurdish named Victory Points should be renamed to Turkish when under Turkey

6. Turan
Tooltip and cores are still bit messy - I think they should be polished with my suggestions
a. Aleppo (677), Karakalpakstan (823), Tashauz (832), Khiva (831), Bukhara (830), Yeniseisk (576), Chukotka (822), Magadan (874), Udachny (876), Verkhoyansk (877) are not mentioned in the requirements but all required and gets cores (list should be updated)
b. Novosibirsk (570) and Omsk (571) are required but do not get cores. (I think these can be removed from requirements, unnecessary for such big requirement list anyways)
c. Baghdad (291), Chechnya-Ingushetia (821), Abkhazia (826), Kabardino-Balkaria (827), North Ossetia (828), Kirensk (575) and Chukci Peninsula (875) are not required but will get cores, but no mention whatsoever. (These should probably be included in requirement list to simplify and added in tooltip.)
d. Karagandy (881) and Pavlodar (882) are new Kazakh cores and Turan can't core them with new patch. (please add them to requirements and cores lists)
e. Turan as formable should have little more cores:
Ufa (651) (Bashkirs are Turkic)
Kazan (249) (Tatars are Turkic)
Chuvashia (256) (Chuvash are Turkic)
f. "Integrate the Magyars" decision should include Crisana (83). It looks awkward at the middle of all assimilated states.

7. Civil war tag of Turkey can't use Turkish focus tree
8. Dardanelles should include more fortification in both sides of strait

9. Minor Turkish name fixes + spy fix

10. Other minor design fixes
a. Turkey should start with "Grand Battleplan" researched (Gallipoli is prime example, man!)
b. Turkey should start with "Military Police" researched (It existed long before 36)
c. Turkey should NOT start with tank researched. (no tech at all, only bought ones)
d. Turkey should start with 1933 small airframe researched:

a. Rıfat Bele is nearly useless because he has same role with İzzettin Çalışlar, he should have "Army Logistics" (Expert) trait instead. (high command list)
b. İsmet İnönü can be added as high command for Artillery (Specialist or Expert) because he was retired artillery commander, he graduated as #1 from Ottoman war school at artillery section.
c. Tahsin Yazıcı should be added to commanders even without portrait, he was one and only tank commander of Turkey for that time: (Commander not high command)

Turkish oil decisions which I forgot to write,

These can stay but should definitely go down in numbers, its too high now, unbalanced

Anatolia should have more globally approved Aluminium decisions instead because it had Bauxite reserves.
Amount is hard to calculate but in one article I saw writer was telling it was lower than Greek reserves.

I'd also like to add (and maybe this is an old bug), that Free France can just up and steal Syria from you if you took it through your mission tree from Vichy France. If that is by design then fine, but that should give you the 'Justifications against us' alert and cause a direct war if intentional.

I do not believe they will fix any of these bugs because nearly thirty problems(some bugs some historical mistakes) in Turkey have been around since the launch of the BftB and are not fixed. I wrote to them many times just to replace the two words(GRE and OR in macedonia focus) but after 2 years they didn't do it. That's why i learned modding and make fixes with every update just to enjoy playing with Turkey.

"KAYSERİ AIRCRAFT FACTORY 1930 -1942 Kayseri Aircraft Factory, being one of the world’s greatest aircraft factory facilities when established, terminated the operations of crisis- hit TOMTAŞ company on May 3rd,1928. In 1930, aircraft revision was begun under the name of Kayseri Aircraft Factory 25 . In1932, a contract had been awarded between Ministry of National Defence and American The Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company; thus the production of “Curtiss Hawk and Fled gling” aircraft began. As a result, a total of 32 Curtiss Hawk aircraft and 6 Fledgling 2C weremanufactured. In 1933, the factory was handed over to the Ministry of National Defence. In1935, a total of 50 gliders in 3 different variants were manufactured for Türkkuşu. Following a licensing agreement made with German Gothaer Waggon Fabrik A.G. in1936, a total of 46 Gotha 145A aircraft, 3 of which to be delivered in a kit to be assembledand the remaining 43 to be manufactured locally, were manufactured between 1936 and1939 26 . In 1936, another licensing agreement was made with Poland Panstwowe ZakladyLotnicze Company and as of 1937, a total of 24 PZL-24A and 24C aircraft weremanufactured"

Eskişehir Aircraft Repair Factory was established and began operating in 1926 formaintenance and repair of the aircraft to be manufactured in Kayseri during the era of “TOMTAŞ”, Turkish Aircraft and Engine Company establishing our first aircraft factories.Selahattin Reşit ALAN, one of the people sent to France by Atatürk to be trained in engineering, returned homeland in 1930 as an aircraft engineer and assumed duty in Eskişehir Aircraft Repair Factory. The “MMV - 1 Aircraft” Ministry of National Defence-1, was designed by Selahattin Reşit Alan between 1931 and 1932 and the aircraft prototype wasmanufactured in joiner’s workshop by him. It was a double seated single engine aircraft withcomplete wooden structure and double wings with fabric coating.2000 rpm and 300 hp Pratt&Whitney engine and propeller were brought from the US.It was designed to reach a speed of 200 km/h and to have 2.5 hours of sortie duration 33 . InOctober 1932, its test flights were performed. Unfortunately, the Ministry of National Defence,did not take it seriously and support it, thus, the project remained at prototype stage. In 1935, resigning from Eskişehir Aircraft Repair Factory, he cooperated with Nuri Demirağ andworked at Nuri Demirağ Aircraft factories. He designed and manufactured NuD -36 and NuD- 38 aircraft. In 1937, during landing, due to a pilot error he did not recognize the ditch in İnönü square and was killed . This was a great loss for Turkish Aviation Industry. If he succeeded, Nuri Demirağ Aircraft Factories could not have to shut down.

Ten of NuD.36 aircraft, named after design date 1936, were manufactured. It was asingle engine plane with Czechoslovakian Gama I, 1750 rpm, 150 hp engine with wingwidth of 9.74 m, wing length of 7.3 m, empty weight of 650 kg. It was a double winged aircraftwith dual flight control stick airframe, fabric coated tail and wings, with a range of 500 m anda speed of 182 km. It had fixed landing gears but had a suspension system and an enginestarting system

Developers were very busy with coming big dlc patches about logistics and aircraft designer, that's why some bugs and inconsistencies weren't resolved, but I think at this period there won't be huge dlc but more like focus pack, I think they will polish a lot with Turkish and Greek codes.

Well problem with it is that then the other country cannot use him since you cannot be on same time on two places. It would be really a minor change which in my opinion is not really necessary.

a. Turkey should start with "Grand Battleplan" researched (Gallipoli is prime example, man!)

Grand Battleplan is not a Doctrine from World War I. Overall Turkey had a War in the Interwar Period it should get some other extra Bonus there or more Army Experience.

b. Turkey should start with "Military Police" researched (It existed long before 36)

Well it was not really the Military Police from 1936 wouldn´t you agree with that?

Well that is Trainer rather then a Fighter and Turkey produced the PZL. P.24 under license, yet Poland didn´t got his tech in that timeframe since a Fighter of monoque design is required.

If you refer to first tech then of course it should and didn´t it have it already?

Well problem with it is that then the other country cannot use him since you cannot be on same time on two places. It would be really a minor change which in my opinion is not really necessary.



Grand Battleplan is not a Doctrine from World War I. Overall Turkey had a War in the Interwar Period it should get some other extra Bonus there or more Army Experience.

Well that is Trainer rather then a Fighter and Turkey produced the PZL. P.24 under license, yet Poland didn´t got his tech in that timeframe since a Fighter of monoque design is required.

If you refer to first tech then of course it should and didn´t it have it already?

1. I think Wehib Pasha can be part of Ottoman high command list with "Ethiopia doesn't exist" requirement

2. I think its best to let Turkey have "Grand Battleplan" from start. Btw Turkey has advisor that discounts grand Battleplan doctrine xp requirement - which is accurate.

3. I think it was military police from 1936, because they were experienced with Kurdish insurgency in southeast. And mostly used military to fight it. But its debatable.

4. Okay, it was my idea tho.

5. Sadly Turkey doesn't start even with 1933 tech in aircraft now, it should be unlocked, maybe not from start but, focus tree's air branch.
