Description
Poland gets the option to form collaborative governments with spies but there's no tab for them to see them and it does not effect the targets surrender limit when you do it.
Went to grab Wojtek achievo, so wanted to kill Russia first with my own faction so i can also get clear access to Iran for that province you need for Wojtek once you go some divisions in Italy and are fighting Axis. I did 3 collaborative government missions on Russia just to realize at the end it did nothing because i had no collaborative governments tab so all that time and equipment on those missions went to waste.

ick Poland
2:Stay Un-aligned
3:Start making a collab gov. in another nation
4:Realize you don't even have a Collab UI tab
5:Attack anyway thinking it's just a UI
6:Realize it's not and that the 3 collab missions you did, did not make their surrender limit go faster.
