Chosing Mediation after compleating "claim transylvania"

When you chose who wants to be your mediator it gives me 2 options for mediation at the same and after that i get yet another one. So when the mediation was over Germany declared war Romania but after few days i get an event where Romania hands over Transylvania. I had it very easy just walking through transylvania like its nothing
