Chinese war lord stole my chinese puppet

Description
So i have playthrough as japan and the new waking the tiger expansion and i puppeted china and created reoganized china and some how one of the war lords stole my puppet and resurrected china .... probably shouldnt happen or is it suppose to be like that?

Steps to Reproduce
As any country take china as a puppet and play the waiting game ( leave the chinese war lords alive )

Xibei san ma took it , at first my puppet went to them, then they formed china

If it is what i assume it is, this has been fixed for the next update. I would still like a save to see what happened.

How can I do that ? ( iron man mode was enabled )

You can send us your ironman save, we might be able to glean something from it.

I have another bug with the construction screen, basically one of the things im building get covered up. Or i may have only a few things being constructed and it wont show it
