China- Post One China Policy Can't Attack Warlords

Description
China is not able to attack the members of the united front after instituting the one china policy. The other members are at war with Japan.

Began the game as the Guangxi Click. Assumed leadership of China. Defeated Japan. Accepted the peace offered freeing Korea and gaining Taiwan. All members of the United front went to peace with Japan.

Within a month of accepting peace with Japan, Japan began justifying war against Shanxi. Japan then declared war on Shanxi and all the other members of the United front DOW'd Japan. As China I did not DOW Japan. Japan could not engage any of the warlords because I controlled the entire coastline.

I completed the one china policy focus leaving the united front. At this point I expected to be able to attack the warlords. Instead, all I have is the option to join their wars.

It seems like a bug that's making the United Front behave incorrectly. Allowing Japan to immediately attack after they just declared peace and not allowing China to actually leave the united front with the one china policy.

QAs read every bug report thread but don't reply in all of them. Usually they do it when they need more info and/or clarifications or it's the "1st" report for that particular bug.

Hello! The One China Policy only grants wargoal upon the other warlords, it doesn't not make you leave the faction. Just open up the diplomacy interface with Sinkiang and leave the faction.
