Description
Version 1.11 supplying supplies, not sure if it's a bug or it should be. In Argentina in the capital, when ground troops are stationed in the capital and the navy, there is a shortage of supplies for the troops and navy. At the same time, the text above the province shows that it has free SUPPLIES. I'm not exactly sure about this, maybe later in the game everything returned to normal - please check it just in case.
