Captured Railway gun keeps attachment to enemy army

Description
I am playing as the USSR and I captured a German railway gun (Eisenbahn-Batterie 674).
It looks as if it is still attached to it's original (German) army - it is attached to an Army with 20 divisions, none of my Armies has that number of divisions.
Left-clicking should lead to a jump to the assigned army, but it does nothing.
Therefore, my assumption is that it is still linked to it's original army.
This is a minor issue, I was able to unassign it via a right click.
Steps to Reproduce
Load the attached save game and search for the railway gun in the Kiev area.
You will see that it is still attached to an 20-divisions army.
