Description
As Netherlands the decisions for "War on Pacifism" are no longer available (greyed out) once war support hits 80%

Steps to Reproduce
*Play as HOL
*finish "War on Pacifism" focus effect
*boost war support to 80+% by whatever means necessary
*cry over being stuck with terrible manpower penaltys

I've played plenty of HOL runs, and you basically start with no war support. How are you getting to 80% war support without running the war on pacifism decisions?

Running war propaganda against those angry germans on CD (The things you do to change your economic laws...) Them eating half of europe, racking up world tension also helps.

It says "One of the following must be true: - Less than 80% war support, - Has national spirit shell shocked spectator of the great war" and you fulfill the requirement of the later condition so according to that text it should be firing even if you have more than 80% war support and long as you have the national spirit "shell shocked spectator of the great war".

Correct. But that is not what happens. Hence this thread.

Alright so this is a known issue, and the fix should be in the beta patch this week!
