Ironman On - Austria-Hungary reformed - Miklós Horthy is a naval commander, but not work - STEAM.

Steps to Reproduce
Start as Kingdom of Hungary, do a World Conquest, don't get the achievment

The same issue just I only have the DLCs: Walking the Tiger, Together For Victory, and Death or Dishonor.
