[Avalanche v1.12.7.8fc8 (b738)] - Amphibious Drive 'forbid_equipment_type' not working

Description
The Amphibious Drive Module doesn't correctly forbid the right equipment types. Note that the code claims it should be forbidding regular tanks, aa, artillery, td's, and flame tanks. However when you look at it in game you will see it only forbid regular tanks and flame tanks.
The issue is because the last forbid will take precedence over the ones above it.
In order to fix this issue, the code should be put into a bracket like below, so that everything is forbid correctly
Steps to Reproduce
1) Research the amphibious Drive Module and attempt to mount it, noting it allows AA, Artillery, and TD's still.

Final note: Only the Ampibious Drive has this issue in Vanilla since it is the only one excluding more than 1 thing other than armor.
