Description
1) Survivavility Studies: 3 Self Sealing Fuel Tanks, 3 Armor Plates

3) Aircraft Construction: 3 Non-Strategic Materials Usuage, 2 Flying Boat.

2) Range Improvements: 3 Extra Fuel tanks. Well, fly around the world ;D

Seems like the tooltips of those 3 techs are a bit funky. :>

May be that they are different "levels", but if so that isn't specified in the tooltip. To me it looks like the tooltip entry is just doubled/tripled.

Steps to Reproduce
Just head to the Air research screen and hover over the mentioned techs.

We can confirm that those refer to modules on small, medium and large airframes. Thank you for reporting though, we'll look into if it needs further clarifying!
