As Greece, you do not get access to advisors based on Faction loyalty.

Description
As Greece, even if you have the necessary loyalty to get an advisor you are not allowed to click it. No matter what faction you have at whatever loyalty.

Steps to Reproduce
Just play Greece, and try to recruit an advisor based on party loyalty.

Same thing happened to me in a Byzantium run.

I got the wrong leader and couldn't take advisors.

Can confirm. I have this issue in the new Open_Beta patch [1.11.4] too.
