Description
As Lithuania, through the focus "restore the commonwealth" when you annex Poland, all of their industry gets sabotaged due to them taking the focus "sabotage Polish industry"
Steps to Reproduce
Just work down the Lithuanian focus tree ignite the polish civil war. Then when you annex Poland, if they have taken the focus "sabotage Polish industry" a large amount of their industry is damaged.
