Description
I played Ethiopia and got a decision to annex Dschibuti which was owned by Vichy France. Then I annexed all of Vichy France and got a lot of factories and resources instead. I think this is not intended. I played the communist path and sparked unrests in the region. In a comlicated order of events the control of Dschibuti was contested with UK owned Somalia somehow.

Can confirm, have even seen the AI do this on Historical, Ethiopia somehow survived and annexed Vichy. I wonder if it's something to do Faction nonsense since Ethiopia can make the African Union while at war.
