Description
When an ally (in the case Germany) is capitulated, their railway guns are captured by their occupiers, even if the guns are deep inside my territory (so in this case German railway guns have been transferred to France and the Netherlands, despite being deep inside Hungarian-controlled Russia). It would make more sense if the guns were destroyed, remained under German control like a division would, or transferred to an ally's control.
Steps to Reproduce
Have an ally with railway guns, have those guns in your territory, wait for that ally to capitulate.
