Description
I declared war on Portugal as Anarchist Spain with focus "Portuguese Anarchism" and after i finished war, there was no event "Portuguese anarchism - Civil War Ends" so i could not annex them by event. As you can see at attachments, cca month passed and event still doesn´t fired.
Steps to Reproduce
Complete focus "Portuguese Anarchism" as Anarchist Spain and win war with them.
