Yes - removing them didn't fix it.

Description
The airbase is shown rather on the west side of Greenland, however, the circles for the airplanes is on the east side.

Air bases are center in the middle of the state for air plane range purposes. While that is an odd location for the game to think is the center of the state, it is possible right because of how far east the northern bit goes.
