AIr wings equipment does not upgrade 1.12.9

Together for Victory, Death or Dishonor, Waking the Tiger, Man The Guns, La Resistance, Battle for the Bosporus, No Step Back, By Blood Alone

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Description
Created fighter with basic small airframe with light MG. Bf 109D
Created upgraded version of same with heavy MG. Bf 109E
Marked old one as obsolete, started producing new one.
Air wings do not upgrade equipment.
I naturally want to keep several of my elite wings with best equipment first,
so i need those Ds be replaced with Es. Not to train new wings... (new wings work, replacement in existing does not)

If you are unable to fix it properly,
maybe you could at least hot-fix it thus:

When wing is equipped with obsolete equipment
and
at the storage is non-obsolete equipment of same type
replace ,,obsolete'' with ,,non-obsolete'' regardless of stats.
