Description
Have 13 air XP. Cannot spend 13 air XP to upgrade CAS. Have Dive Bombing Spirit (75% reduction).

Steps to Reproduce
Get Dive bombing Spirit. Get 13 air XP. Create cas Variant +1 reliability, +1 range (or anything for 13XP).

Says too expensive.

Thanks for your report. Since it's been some time since you reported the issue we've already done some updates to the game. Could you please check if after updating the issue persists? If so please come back with the information on what system you're using and please attach a save file. It will help us immensely!

Attempted to recreate in the latest version, 1.11.3 b175 66b3, the 3rd upgrade says it costs 8 air xp to upgrade, and is selectable to upgrade,

I will do this when I get home.

The issue happened to me with 13xp and 13xp cost. I suspect real cost is like 14 or more. I will try again when I get home from work.

Same problem persists. Save attached.

Version 1.11.3.b75 (33b6)

Granted I did not start a new game I just reloaded the original save to check to see if the problem persists in current patch.

Which I presume to be a rounding or display issue. It says required xp 13. But won't let me do it.

Specs Windows 10x64, ryzen 5 3500, Steam based.

Which I don't know if its important but the base cost is 55 to make two changes on an aircraft. The officer corps thing lowers it by 75% for CAS. Which lowers it to 13.75

And that's why the game has a problem. Because it says 13 XP is required.

But 14xp is required.

Therefore it looks like a glitch.
