After WWII, two Spains are part of the Allies - both with Manuel Azana in charge

Description
I am playing as the Soviet Union.
The Nationalists won the Civil War (before WWII started).
Franco stayed neutral until Germany capitulated - immediately after Germany's capitulation, he joined the Axis (Italy was still around).
Now, after WWII ended, there are two Spains, both ruled by Manuel Azana.
During the peace conference, I did not do anything regarding Spain.
