Description
There is a typo with admiral statistics. Using Netherlands/UK look at an admiral with the Blue Wheel levels of 2,3, and 4. If one has a skill level of 2, it has a positioning value of 5.0%. The other, with a skill of 3, has a position value of 75.0%. A skill level 4 admiral however has a position value of 10%. Obviously, I think there is a typo with the value where it should be 7.5 not 75.
Steps to Reproduce
Was reproduced with UK and Netherlands from the very beginning. It should be reproduce-able with any admiral with skill level 3 for the Blue Wheel stat with any nation.
