Description
I chose the focus, National Mobilization Law as Japan, and it specifically states that you get 150 political points, and I received nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
I didn't do anything but chose the quickest focus path to this one - Purge the Kohoda Faction, Guide the Zabatsus, and then National Mobilization Law.

I'm pretty certain I had this happen too.

I'm going to try it again, looking it over it doesn't say anything about getting PP before taking it but once it is complete it says reward, 150pp.

I think you have actually got the economic bonus, and your economic policy has been changed to "war economy" instead of getting 150 PP.
This is what the initial description of this NF says.

However, this NF gives you 150 PP when you have already enacted war economy. Thus, the post description after you have changed the economic policy is "fixed" and shows you fake bonus which wasn't given in fact.
I think the game description should be improved not to confuse players.
