Description
Prior to 1.11, all starting countries had historical figures named as their Democratic Reformer, Communist Revolutionary, and Fascist Demagogue. With the move to the new character system, these names broke for all countries that rely on the dynamically generated advisors (broadly speaking, all those without a unique focus tree, but notably also including New Zealand as shown in the attached screenshot). Instead, these characters have randomly generated names.
By way of example, the scripted names for New Zealand are Adam Hamilton (Democratic Reformer), Fred Freeman (Communist Revolutionary), and Arthur Nelson Field (Fascist Demagogue).
Steps to Reproduce
Load up the game as New Zealand or any country with a generic focus tree. The ideology drifting advisors have randomly generated names rather than the scripted ones in ideas_l_english.yml
