Description
(I know this probably won't get any attention, but I feel duty-bound to report it anyway.)

The meaning of "illusive" and "elusive" are very close and they sound extremely alike. However, the correct term should be "elusive" meaning hard to catch, while "illusive" means illusory or not real.

See also the reference from Merriam-Webster Dictionary: https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/sasquatch-illusive-or-elusive

I hope the HoI4 dev team can correct this spelling error.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start any game.
2. Go to the Advisors selection panel.
3. There is usually a choice who is an "Illusive Gentleman".

I agree, "elusive" might be actually what the designers were looking for. If so, that would be yet another bit of evidence that hiring an editor could help make the game more understandable.

Wouldn't the idea of a 'deceptive gentleman', or a 'gentleman of lies' also make sense in the context of a man used to manage a spy network? I agree that your suggestion does make sense, but feel like the currently-used word could also work.
