Not my bug, saw on reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/hoi4/comments/vfj7xx ). And didn't test myself. But a quick check to the code confirms that he has no `large` portrait definition under his character, only a `small` one/advisor icon.

On `common/characters/USA.txt` L1201:

    USA_charles_lindbergh={
        name=USA_charles_lindbergh
        portraits={
            army={
                small=GFX_portrait_USA_charles_lindbergh_small
            }
        }
        advisor={
            .................................................
        }
    }

In the Man the Guns DLC files, there's a portrait for him, at `gfx/leaders/USA/portrait_USA_charles_lindbergh.dds` as i attached. And as i understand he used it before NSB/Barbarossa release. Seems like it was forgotten during the character conversion.

Steps to Reproduce
Go fascist as USA, and elect Lindbergh. Check the leader portrait.
