Missing Portrait for Latvian (LAT) Field Marshal Martiņš Peniķis. Instead of showing Real Portrait it shows Generic Portrait.
NOTICE: File with Real Marshals Portrait Exsists in Hearts of Iron 4 DLC Files. But In Chatacters File of Latvia(LAT) Code for LAT_Mārtiņš Piniķis There is Location of Generic Portrait Defined.
