HOI 2 Complete - what patches to add?

I see a sticky what add WITHOUT DD add on. But what patches to apply with HOI 2 Complete?

Also I have read contradicting reviews about optional add ons (Iron Cross, AOD) probably first thing is to master the original.

I decided to buy HOI2 instead of HOI3 after getting bored of EU3
1) Better price 14 EUR vs 60 EUR
2) Some very angry reviews in Gamersgate about the multiple issues and bad HG system.

Here is the latest patch for Doomsday Armageddon.

And I also think HoI2 is better than HoI3.
