HOI 2 AAR Sticky in HOI2-Doomsday forum points to the wrong place

It points to the overall AAR forum, rather than the specific HOI2 AAR subforum.

Can someone fix this? Or is this like this for a reason?

It's a minor detail, but should be an equally minor fix for a moderator...

Works that way for every single AAR forum. I imagine it's WAD.
