Whenever we get screenshots of national cabinets, every cabinet member has a listed trait but the Head of Government and the Head of State. Do these individuals have traits, or are they 'represented' by the player thus subject to his own character?
On a similar note, I'm guessing there's an Abdication Crisis event for the UK with the possibility of an 'isolationist' Edward VIII leading the country through the late 30s?
