Hello, I get this annoying "x goes bankrupt" popup in the MAM of the HoD. Even if I disable the popups in the message settings, delete the economical events and parts regarding to the popup, it still happens

That bankruptcy notification appears because you now have a CB on that country. It is not a very useful CB, but it can used to start a war, for example, to trigger a great war. Normally, bankruptcy CB's are useless, though.
