What do you guys think each of these visible civics mean and what effects could they have?

I don't understand the meaning of subsumed will and subspace Ephapse above all, what are your thoughts?

No idea what they do and no way to speculate until we know more about hive mind mechanics.

However,

Subsumed Will has the influence icon, so probably something to do with influence.

Subspace ephase... ephapse is a term from neurology to do with neuron connections and shit, and subspace is a common bit of sci-fi technobabble that usually explains how they can have FTL communications and sensors. So, I suggest it's something to do with how the hive mind species maintains a connection between members across stellar distances. No idea what the mechanics behind it are.

Natural Neural Network has the unity icon, so it probably gives bonus unity or something.

Looks like a solar system with a cut up circle around it, so it most likely has to do with sensors.

Well, speculation time!:

One mind: Less ethic divergence / people falling out of the hivemind control
Subsumed will: Less chance for rebellion of assimilated / purged xenos
Subspace Ephapse: Longer border / colonization range due to your hivemind ability for reach out to space?
Natural neural network: More unity output (judging from its icon)
Ascetic: Less food / consumer good consumption (probably the first)
Divided attention: Leaders with more unique bonuses / skills

Still, all of it its just wild guesses until we get to the new developer diary.

I agree with most of those, but my ideas for the others:
One mind: Experience gains are shared among leaders, immortal leaders maybe (implying their replacement has their knowledge)
Subsumed will: Discount to edicts, planetary edicts apply to all worlds, increased duration.
Divided attention: More core systems (going by the icon mostly, although would prefer something more interesting)

Doubt it, hivemind is also a genetic trait and hiveminded people will die outside the hivemind, unhivelinded people IN a hivemind colony will also die

This just reminded me:
Nowhere was mentioned 'how lethal' said dieing is. I think it will be along the term of multiple years (aka, slow self-purging) or something, giving either the Hivemind time to genemodify conquered species into gaining the hivemind trait, or allowing other empires to genemod the hivemind trait away.

Ayup, this is my take as well: pops that fall out of the hivemind will die slowly, and you will have the chance of bringing them back to the hive before it is too late. Otherwise, including "hivemind" into the ethos drift system would make no sense.

Maybe subspace ephase means that scientists and admirals won't be autonomous, but will be linked to the network too, i.e. they won't develop traits of their own or have a unique skill level.
