Hello guys. Since my first (German) AAR went to easy and i have no interest in playing it anymore, i have decided to start another one. As the title says, i will be playing the Götterdämmerung (1944. start, 2 weeks after the D-Day) "scenario". I will try to hold out as long as possible and will play this AAR until the very end (Berlin, I guess). The AAR will be written in narrative style, in perspective of Erich von Manstein (i chose him because he didn't have any historical role after the March of 1944.). I will be using dialogues, diary entries and battle reports.
I will focus mainly on one army (with Manstein as corps commander) which will take part on the western front. What i haven't decided yet is should i hand over command of the eastern front to the Al at the very beginning or organise a better defensive line and then give up command. I haven't started the game yet so feel free to advise me.
