So, just wonderng... its mid 1941... germany just declared war on soviet union... do you guys think that, if, from this moment on, hitler gets the ability to load and save IRL, with enough load/save scumming... there is a possibility he wins?

Ah, savescumming. I have a chronic form of it, it's pretty bad. As for hitler, I am sure he could win if he had save scumming, or at least do a lot more damage.

You can still save scum in ironman using task manger.
Hitler was a very big scum so I'm sure he also knew that.

Yes, but more random dependant games need more saves... a bad dice roll in EU4 can stop you for a decade. Meanwhile HOI3 is much more about "DPS" so to speak, except for stuff like subs.

He was in Berlin? After just about every one but his most loyal lacky Goebbels had already left.

He stayed until absolutely no doubt could be had that Berlin was going to fall and even then he stayed as long as he thought possible without being caught by Soviets.

Make no mistake he was a horrible man, but he stayed true to his word he would die in Berlin with the soldiers he ordered to stay as he considered himself a soldier still who had to obey orders and that was his order Hold Berlin. He also did say he refused to be handed over to the Soviets dead or alive he would not give Stalin that satisfaction. Either he would hold Berlin or die in it not leaving a corpse.
