Translation: After fights you now get real casualty numbers, which tells you by message how many soldiers you have lost during the battle.
I really like this new feature. Finally we can see the real impact of battle! Sadly I believe it doesn't contain any more info. It would have been nice (especially if attacking hard targets) how many IC (equipment, such as tanks etc.) was lost during the fight.

So, we now know it takes about 3 months to get reserve units up to full strength, when mobilised. Furthermore reserve units have only 25% of their strength.

Finally battles can now take multiple days or even weeks if both the attacker and defender are willing and have enough reserves! IMO this was always lacking in HoI2 as most battles were resolved within a day or few days at most. Maybe we can have a Stalingrad?

You need diplomatic points (mail symbol) in order to become active in diplomacy. So I believe that this means that some diplomatic actions will cost more points than others! Good to know, since I always thought that each point was just to do one diplomatic action, making having more than a good number of points irrelevant. With having to use more points this would mean that 20+ points are still usefull!
