After wondering for quite some time why my Re-Reconquista isn't popping, I've come to the conclusion that it must be because I had accidentally set my game to "Normal Setup" (despite not wanting any custom nations, of course).
It would seem to me that the NOT = { num_of_custom_nations = 1 } requirement already covers the scenario where the player tries to cheese an achievement by spawning custom nations, so why do we also need the is_playing_historical_setup = yes? Unless there's a good reason to keep it, could this please be relaxed?
Also, if it can't be relaxed, it would be really useful if this was documented somewhere within the game - preferably in the form of a big pop up saying "WHOAH THERE SLUGGER, YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET ACHIEVEMENTS WITH THOSE HERE OPTIONS" before the start of the game.
