What's required in stage 3 for RESTORE THE ROMAN EMPIRE, please?

I definitely own all of Italia, all of Egypt and Nubia (not Abyssinia) in North East Africa, and what wikipedia shows to be 'Levant'- I own everything upto and includong Iraq, but not Persia. Annoyingly Stage 1 and stage 2 explicitly told me what counties i would need to conquer, via an intrigue decision, but not for stage 3.

Hey there, a question: what is the source of the "unknown sources" +100 opinion modifier I'm seeing Seljuk rulers experiencing with some of their vassals? it appears to be mostly with vassals of the seljuk dynasty. Does this last forever? 936 start date. Im playing as a formed Hayk empire and trying to destabilize the seljuks is proving very difficult since even baby rulers have very loyal vassals and 70k army sizes with event troops that seem to replenish back despite taking losses. it's been a fun challenge defending my holdings (which is doable with a lot of money and taking advantage of the sometimes silly ai despite being outnumbered 3 to 1) but they seem to bounce back with little trouble, even after murdering 3 of their rulers they've experienced very little civil problems. probably not important but the western protectorate is their suzerain... i have no idea why.

Not sure what happened here should i fix this in the console or the save file?
Latest version of HIP has a new province there (PROV 2053) that your save from a previous HIP version doesn't. You should finish your campaign in the previous HIP version, or start a new game.

This is what i keep getting. I've quadruple checked where the "main.py" is and its in documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod

Idk if its because i have like 30 mods installed already but I've put that file in literally all conceivable places and it does not seem to want to work when I go into terminal.

Instead of putting it places the instructions don't say to, you need to deal with that "Permission denied" error.

As long as main.py is actually there and you can read it from the path from which you're executing that command (ls -l "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod/main.py" would tell you), then change your command to this:

Code:
python2 "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod/main.py"

Likely your 7Zip extraction software didn't propagate the executable permissions on main.py, which is why the instructions are written to do this instead rather than bother with changing any permissions.

@zijistark hi bro do you know when we can expect the release date of Frosty2? and if EMF alpha fragments will be included in Frosty2 or only beta ?? Regards

Release date of Frosty2 is unknown. Everything in EMF's alpha eventually makes it to the beta, and everything in the beta becomes the release upon release day. The cycle repeats.

It might just be that I'm not the brightest, technologically speaking, but I can't seem to figure out how to download HIP based off of the description in the first post. I tried to find a YouTube video that would walk me through it, but it seemed outdated, as the steps for him were very different compared to what I was seeing. Would someone here be willing to explain the steps to me, as if they were speaking to their grandfather? Lol.

What is exactly your issue, getting the files or installing them? To download you go to the first page of this thread, and you just litearlly click on the first line that says Download - Post-v3.2. The file will automatically download.
To install it you go to \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\, extract your file there and start up HIP.exe

I downloaded this and am enjoying the game (was a CK2+ player in the past, been vanilla last couple years though) but I'm having the COA glitch where they final title is all black. It's not game breaking but certainly very annoying to see any time I click on a title. I'm only using HIP + the bigger interface mod for HIP, so I don't think I have anything that should interact with them?
