Historical 'bugs' ?

I have two questions. First one is, in 1492 campaign France and England is at war. But as I know there was no war between France and England in that date. And second is, in 1399 campaign, sometimes Emperor is Sigismund of Hungary and sometimes King of Bohemia. Not a certain ruler. Why? Is that a bug?

Means: if you have moved the date slider back and forth before starting the game, you will often get confused results. If you've done that exit the game and start it up again, and set the slider directly to the date you want and start .

Clear your cache.

Means: delete the entire contents of the EU3 /map/cache/ directory, and let the game re-write it.

Open the map folder, then open the cache folder and delete every single file within it. When you load the game back up, it will remake the files. For it to be 100% done, you then need to close the game again, then launch it a second time.

Go to game folder (where .exe is), open "map" folder, and youll see a subfolder called "cashe", select it and delete the whole thing. Start game again, and it will take about 5 mins for it to load, once thats done everything should work properly.

Keep your eye out for issues like this though; there are surely some actual history bugs left and since few people play later start dates they don't get reported.

I think I've find a 'bug'. In 1789 campaign, Holy Roman Emperor is Leopold, Grand Duke of Tuscany. It should be Joseph II of Austria though.
