Norway was far more independent in 1815 (under the Swedish king) than it was in 1813 (under the Danish king), having her own Constitution, Parliament, and so on. So it was a bit independent, enough to show the border between Norway and Sweden on the map. AND Norway was independent for most of 1814.
Where did the year 1811 come from? No great historical event in Norway that year?
