Hiring Hall not working?

So I cant seem to hire any new pilots at present!

I've traveling to a different system but nope the Hiring Call gets stuck on the Accessing Constar/Mernet spinny thingy.

I've tried restoring simGameConstraints in case it was that.

Anyone else seeing this?

That should not happen. Are you using any mods? If so, ask for help in the Modding sub-forum.

Yep should have clarified but no not using mods...only change I made was to starting Lance.
P..s it's a new campaign I've started.
