Low obligations of any type give -2.5% to levies, while medium and above give +5%, +12.5%, etc. I assume it's actually intended to give +2.5%, not the other way around, right?
am I suppose to say no to install VIET? or can I install VIET?
I just downloaded it without any problems. Is there something wrong with the file itself, or did you just have transient connectivity issues with MediaFire? As of May 9th, the media fire download appears to be broken. I have not had this problem with any other downloads using media fire. I believe the problem may be with the file, and would greatly appreciate it if anyone has any idea to fix this or has had a similar problem.
If the conditions are met you find it by right clicking the character who you would want to crusade against, there will be a 'Request Crusade' button where you will can choose which kingdom title to crusade for. The crusades have to have been unlocked (sometime after 1090 I think) and it has to have been at least 30 years since the last crusade was concluded, or the button won't show up.Quick question, how do you request to start a crusade?
One slight problem - that is objectively not true. The Byzantine Empire can and will use Imperial Reconquest against Ragusa in the 1066 start despite it seizing the relevant duchy title - in this case, it seizes the duchy title which keeps Ragusa as a merchant republic.
- Added comprehensive all-CBs blocks upon certain targets:
- Non-republican AIs cannot target titles which would wipe-out a merchant republic, although players can wipe them out as they please
