HIP -> M&T -> PoD mega-campaign?

I've been entertaining the idea of a CK2/EU4/Vic 2 megacampaign for some time now, but in all 3 games I've gotten so used to mods it would be difficult to go back to vanilla. So I'm asking if it would be possible to have a megacampaign featuring the 3 mods mentioned in the title, and what kind of work it'll take to make the converters compatible. Anybody ever tried anything like this before?

I believe it's possible on all accounts, but can't say how well the game itself will react to being synced with them on. Played with all three at some time or another, and it wasn't -too- unstable.

Indeed, depending on the timezone I might be willing to jump in too.
