HIP EMF Complete Changelog - patch content over the years

I post this here, as the only source for it to my knowlegdge is zijistarks homepage,
which though is currently missing a security cert, which is why not everyone likes to go there.

There is also the github site for EMF containing a changelog, but posting links to githubs seems to be not liked by mderators by my impression,
so have it here, as i copied it for myself anyway.

It can be interesting to read or better search for specific changes made in the mod.
I tried to include it here in text, but far too big apparently, so it's only available as a text file.

INFO On the text file :

The formatting is not good/messed up when i read it in my browser(for me in this case Firefox),
but it's fine when in do read it in an editor (Here Notepad++).

If aynone has a suggestion what to do to make it look better inside the browser tab, while it also still being fine in an editor window,
then please share your idea and i'll do my best to fix that.
