I know this question is probably silly, and I remember reading something about it, but couldn´t find it again. Is Hindustan formable in AGCEEP?

No, there is no tag for an all Indian nation, although you are totally welcome to unite all of India with one of the starting nations.

If I would try to unite India then I would either play Moguls and conquer it from the north - or the Marathis and conquer it from the south.
Just like me... in 2005.

I did read all that stuff some days ago. Great ideas. I must admit, I can barely wait for a true sequel of EU II ...
If there is no free tag for Hindustan, what about allowing Hindu states (at least some of them) to form Maratha Empire in XVII century? I am not specialist in India history, but as far as I know Marathas have some support from Hindu people during their struggle against Muslim rulers, Shivaji himself was inspired by the rulers of Vijayanagara, it seems that some 'pan Hindu' feelings were present during this period.
If for example Lithuania and Pomerania can form Poland in game maybe it is not so silly idea?
Anyway, some India unification events (adding cores, if not changing tags + possible reaction of Muslim and European colonial powers) would be fun.
