Highway bug - blue roads/disappears when zoomed out

I'm experiencing an annoying bug with my highways. When I zoom just a little bit out, they either appear as blue, or disappear completely.

ALL mods & assets disabled. Still same problem.

I've experienced this but not for a little while. Not sure what cause is but in my experience it was possibly related to a corrupt map ie using corrupt map, then loading another map.

Ah okay, I'll try with a few other maps
