Highland Clans

So, having reviewed some of the later start dates, I'm kind of curious on why the Highlands in Scotland seem to lack... highland clans? As in there's no vassal baronies or some such to represent clans like Frasier, Little and many others.

Is there a particular reason for this, or just simple oversight?

If you find baronies that lacks historical holders you're welcome to report them.

Not that it makes much of a difference, the barons doesn't interact with the surroundings and they don't marry their offspring to highborns.
