It seems CK3 is holding in the grand tradition of AI rulers deciding to sit forever on fat stacks of gold or blowing it all on mercenaries and decisions rather than ever developing their holdings.

Is there any chance we could get the AI to maybe actually do a bit of future planning by building up its economic base a little? It might also help with some of the issues the AI has with its constant need to bankrupt itself by allowing them to bounce back a little quicker or actually have the means to spend like it wants to.
